Aereco, the leader in Demand Controlled Ventilation
As inventor of humidity sensitive ventilation, Aereco develops innovative ventilation solutions for residential and commercial buildings. With a key concept – the modulation of airflow rates according to need – Aereco ventilation systems fully meet the actual demands of the building industry with regard to energy efficiency and indoor air quality. Present in most of the countries of Europe, China, Japan, United States, and Russia, Aereco continues to grow worldwide. The group, whose headquarters and factory are located at Marne la Vallée in France, has 10 subsidiaries and representative offices in addition to a large network of distributors.

Two million ventilation products are manufactured every year, to equip an average of 300 000 dwellings all over the world, mainly in Europe. And since its birth in 1983, more than 3.5 million homes have been fitted with Aereco systems.

Our research centre develops, studies, and tests innovative principles and processes that will be used in tomorrow’s products. With experts in Indoor Air Quality, acoustics and aeraulics, the research centre possesses the know-how and the equipment to both imagine and design future systems.
Design and anticipate market needs
Our team of R&D engineers develops the concepts proposed by the Research Centre, combining performance, design, quality and cost. With state-of-the-art CAD workstations and rapid prototyping machines, new products can be put in the manufacturing process in time to meet with market needs.
Two million products manufactured every year
Products are manufactured at Marne-la-Vallee in France, in a 8000 m² plant. All means of production are designed and manufactured in-house. Humidity sensors are produced and assembled in a special air-conditioned room, responding to the specific needs of this essential component of Aereco’s products.
Total quality
Quality is a key-word at Aereco. In line with its ISO 9001 certification, quality control is practiced at every step of the manufacturing process to ensure that products meet customer requirements, at the best cost, and with the shortest possible lead time. Internal controls are also complemented with external ones, from independent French and foreign laboratories (CSTB, SOCOTEC, CETIAT, etc.).
